Polo, tennis, shooting, golf, fishing for Marlin or pan fish, a clean beach with an infinity pool as well as a top restaurant; and famous entertainers performing in the 16th century replica village Altos de Chavon. C de C is an exclusive lifestyle community. It features luxury residences in a wide variety of styles, along with handy amenities. Walk to the hotel for a morning coffee or ask Minerva, our housekeeper to make a breakfast for you and your family and guests. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, dining table for 10, a private, fenced courtyard and jacuzzi.

Tania was helpful, efficient, and a lovely hostess. Her villa was beautiful and nicely decorated - very spacious and comfortable. Minerva was a great help during our stay and very friendly. Our overall experience was so nice and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone interested in staying at Casa de Campo! It's convenient to all areas of the resort and is nicely located to the golf course and a quick jog to Minitas Beach. We plan to rent here again!

When we bought GV 109, we handpicked this neighborhood and Casa de Campo - for its Pete Dye golf courses and its low to high goal polo, nearby La Romana, and more.

The DR loves Baseball and world class baseball loves the dominicans

You can watch local and professional games in La Romana and in nearby towns. Polo is played every day, whether local teams are practicing or the top international teams are playing right in Casa de Campo. Golf, the best courses in the Caribbean are within short iron distance. You can shoot, too, or fish the sea.

There’s everything to eat in La Romana and in Casa de Campo - from the local beer joints to the 3-star French and Italian restaurants. And you can cook at home - have Minerva roast a fresh chicken and throw together a salad of ceviche. Not to mention fresh avocado and coconuts from the trees in the yard.

You can eat burgers and listen to local djs or you can eat at linen-covered tables enjoying multi-course, modern meals. And a juice bar. And an art school, Escuela des Artes.

The ever present vision

Wherever you turn, the Caribbean is an influence whether it’s the wind on the Teeth of the Dog or the source of fresh fish or the safe haven soft sand beach for children that a natural sea wall buffers. Paddleboard, kayak, sail from this beach. People watch. But best of all is the vista for the golfers.

Neighborhood IV

Living it up in Casa de Campo while living in GV 109.

In Neighborhood IV, we believe a true community shouldn't be gated or fenced in – it should seamlessly meld into its surroundings. That's why we chose our house on our cul de sac, with the Links on both sides of the little road. We have a moderate jungle of our own around our house, for privacy and to bring the birds and bees. Our neighborhood, like all neighborhoods in C de C, has our own community fresh water pool - as if the ocean weren’t enough!
